Online Booking Policy

We understand the difficulties that may be involved in attending appointments occasionally, however it is essential for us to uphold the interest of our small locally owned business, so we recommend that if you find the following terms and conditions inconvenient, not to continue with your booking.

1. Any appointments that are booked will require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
2. 100% of the original appointment value is payable upon cancellation if notification is given in less than 24 hours of your appointment and 50% if cancelled outside of the 24 hour period.
3. A 15% fee will be added to appointments that need to be rescheduled outside the fortnight of the original booking.
4. NO SHOWS are required to pay 100% of their original appointment value within 48 hours or they will forfeit any future bookings.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're interested in an appointment outside of regular core trading hours or on a Saturday, please contact to schedule your booking.
